The location of the hotel was convenient as it was close to other attractions and had easy access to public transportation. the rooms were well-maintained and comfortable, providing a good night's sleep. the staff were friendly and accommodating, going above and beyond to ensure a pleasant stay.

Perfectly located in Pitztal, food was also good.
The beds were clearly old and worn. Then one must be aware that family rooms means that there is an extra bed in the room. The question is whether it is affordable or if you should choose another hotel.

Ideal place in proximity of Rifflesee bahn and gletcher bahn. Very quiet. Very friendly personel.

The hotel had a cozy and romantic atmosphere, perfect for a romantic escape. The room was beautifully decorated and had a comfortable bed that made our stay enjoyable. The staff were friendly and attentive, always ensuring that we had everything we needed. the hotel offered a variety of amenities such as a spa and wellness center, where we were able to relax and unwind after a day of exploring.
It was quite far from the main attractions and activities in the area, making it inconvenient for us to visit them. the hotel's restaurant was limited in terms of options and the food quality was mediocre.
